New holiday apartment in the centre of Neustadt
The tranquil holiday apartment Hohenzollern is new and is located on the 4th floor (accessible by lift) of a modern medical and residential building in the Hohenzollerstraße, which is otherwise characterised by art nouveau villas. On 45 m² the holiday apartment offers its own, cosy realm, which thanks to the good location at the edge of the historical old town opens the view over the inner courtyard to the Neustadt city centre with the collegiate church and the edge of the Palatinate Forest. The balcony is also located in the inner courtyard. Despite its central location, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of Palatinate wine.The holiday apartment Hohenzollern offers a large living/bedroom with dining table and balcony access (towards the inner courtyard), a bathroom, a short hallway and a small, fully equipped kitchen (towards Hohenzollernstraße).
On the laminate floor of the living/bedroom there is a fold-out wardrobe bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a wall unit with shelf and TV. Internet hotspot is also available (WLAN/Wifi).
A garage parking space on a double parking deck can be used for a fee of 5 EUR.
The holiday apartment is located in a well-kept block of apartments directly in the city centre of Neustadt, not far from the pedestrian precinct and within a short distance (approx. 3-4 minutes) to the main railway station and the Saalbau, where theatres, concerts, wine tastings, the coronation of the German Wine Queen and other events take place. The stay in the Neustadt city centre, e.g. a nice evening walk in a Palatine wine bar or wine cellar, can be easily arranged on foot and car-free.
