Temporary living in Berlin

Due to the law on misappropriation, the apartment is no longer available as a holiday home, but is currently rented out permanently. If necessary, it can be used as a transitional apartment for a minimum rental period of three months.

Our modernized apartment Schlossblick in Berlin-Charlottenburg is located in the Otto-Suhr-Allee on the 2nd floor, elevator is available. Charlottenburg Palace is very close by. The holiday flat is gladly used by families, city travellers and opera lovers, because the Deutsche Oper is not far away.

The apartment offers on 54 sqm two spacious rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub incl. shower and toilet. From the living room you enter the balcony at the back of the house with a view of the courtyard.

In the large bedroom there is a double bed. A sofa bed offers a comfortable bed for two more people. The dining area is spacious and invites you to linger. A television with satellite reception and a stereo system for radio and CD complete the picture of the apartment.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Towels, bed linen and a hair dryer are included in the price as well as the final cleaning in case of normal soiling.
